Our dealer read out the factory ECU data via a specialist tool and advised us on the DMAX’s specifications, what it is used for and the environmental conditions it is subjected to. We then modified many key parameters such as injection, torque limiters and EGR system functions. After the tune was loaded, the DMAX was tested; power had increased by 28%, torque by 30%.
We have solutions for emission systems such as EGR, the EGR causes the intake system to fill with soot and power loss is the result.
