The Claas JAGUAR 990 is a Forage Harvester and is powered by a 925hp MAN engine. The MAN V12 D2862 has a displacement of 24 litres and a 850hp version will also be used in the JAGUAR 980.

Claas’ JAGUAR 990’s engine is controlled by dual bosch EDC17CV42 ECU / ECM. The engine uses “SCR only” technology (selective catalytic reduction) without exhaust gas recirculation. Tier 4 Final/Stage V emissions regulations.
