The customer wanted to optimize their agricultural operation. Luckily here at Alt Tune, we have the tools to help all farmers.
The Solution
We had a look at the Magnum CVT 220 and decided power tuning could give the customer what they were looking for. The Magnum CVT 220 has a Bosch EDC17CV41 ECU so we decided to use Alientech KESS3 for the remap.
Power tuning involves modifying the engine’s settings to increase power, torque, and overall performance. This leads to improved fuel efficiency, increased productivity, and better overall operational effectiveness.
Another issue that can cause problems for productivity is the emissions system that is installed in the Magnum CVT 220. To get the most productive tractor and fewer emissions problems we adjusted the emissions system to prevent down time.
